The Fifth Element

This week on Myopia: Defend Your Childhood, we watch a 1990's spoof movie, the Fifth Element! Self-referencial, parodying, and self-effacing, this comedy. . .wait, this they took this serious? Oh no. . . .Well, I guess we learned that French humor is wierd.
Note: Sorry about the static, there was an issue I tried to fix. I promise it is better than George of the Jungle, but it would almost have to be.

This week on Myopia: Defend Your Childhood, we see two titans of the action genre go head to head; Gary Busey and Tommy Lee Jones! Also, Steven Seagal mumbles around here somewhere too. We watched Under Siege! Did you know that a former Playboy Playmate can act with her top on for a whole movie? Neither did this film!

Stargate

This week on Myopia: Defend Your Childhood, we learn that Kurt Russell is always awesome and why James Spader wore a clever hat in Blacklist. We watched Stargate!  How does Roland Emmerich go from this to Independence Day then back to the dumpster with Godzilla? And guess what? Independence Day 3 has been announced. Sigh.
